OUR CUT OFF POINT FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING IS FOR ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 12noon.

In some cases, depending on your location, you will receive your parcel the next day.  Allow extra time for rural areas.

 What if my parcel doesn't turn up?

We understand how frustrating it can be when parcels go missing, but once your order is with Australia Post, it's out of our control. While we'll provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey, if it gets lost in transit, we're unable to take responsibility. However, if you've opted for insurance, you can file a claim with Australia Post for the loss. Though such incidents are rare, we're here to assist you through the process as best we can.
