Proof of posting and signature on delivery for international parcels up to 2kg.

 What if my parcel doesn't turn up?

We understand how frustrating it can be when parcels go missing, but once your order is with Australia Post, it's out of our control. While we'll provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey, if it gets lost in transit, we're unable to take responsibility. However, if you've opted for insurance, you can file a claim with Australia Post for the loss. Though such incidents are rare, we're here to assist you through the process as best we can.
