Refunds
We’re all about keeping our customers happy! Unlike many other equestrian clothing brands that only offer store credit or exchanges, we go the extra mile by offering a FULL REFUND.
Here’s how it works:
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (delivery charges excluded).
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, within 1 month of purchase.
• Send your items to the address below, including a note with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you’d like a refund.
We’re fair, just like you—and we believe in doing the right thing!
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or product? No problem!
• Items can be exchanged within 1 month of purchase, as long as they’re in original condition with tags attached.
• Include a note with your name and details of what you’d like in return.
• Don’t forget to include a self-addressed, pre-paid post bag for your re-delivery (within Australia).
• For international exchanges, shoot us an email first, and we’ll sort out the details with you.
If there’s a price difference, we’ll reach out to arrange payment or issue a refund. If we don’t receive a return satchel, we’ll contact you for re-delivery payment.
Faulty Items
We take great care with our products, but if something slips through the cracks, we’re here to make it right. Email us at info@giddyupgirl.com.au, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Important Details
• Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• We’re incredibly proud of our collection and want you to feel the same when wearing our garments. If something isn’t right, let us know—we’ll make it right!
