At Giddyupgirl, we’re a small business that truly values our customers. We do our best to be fair, but we simply can’t cover the costs of exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. That’s why we encourage checking our size charts carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer full refunds on eligible items.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (excluding delivery charges).
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 1 month of purchase.
• Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return when sending your item back.

We do our best to be fair and reasonable—thank you for supporting a small business that cares!

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we’re happy to help! However, as a small business, we can’t cover the cost of return postage for exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

• Items can be exchanged within 1 month, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached.
• Include a note with your name, order details, and what you’d like in return.
• You must include a self-addressed, pre-paid post bag for re-delivery (Australia only).
• For international exchanges, please email us first, and we’ll sort out the details.

If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or issue a refund. If no return satchel is provided, we’ll reach out for re-delivery payment.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a faulty item, we’ll absolutely make it right! Please email us at info@giddyupgirl.com.au, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Important Details

• Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.
• We’re proud of our collection and want you to love wearing it. If something isn’t right, let us know—we’re always here to help!
