Refunds

We’re all about keeping our customers happy! Unlike many other equestrian clothing brands that only offer store credit or exchanges, we go the extra mile by offering a FULL REFUND.

Here’s how it works:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (delivery charges excluded).

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, within 1 month of purchase.

Send your items to the address below, including a note with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you’d like a refund.

We’re fair, just like you—and we believe in doing the right thing!

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or product? No problem!

Items can be exchanged within 1 month of purchase, as long as they’re in original condition with tags attached.

Include a note with your name and details of what you’d like in return.

Don’t forget to include a self-addressed, pre-paid post bag for your re-delivery (within Australia).

For international exchanges, shoot us an email first, and we’ll sort out the details with you.

If there’s a price difference, we’ll reach out to arrange payment or issue a refund. If we don’t receive a return satchel, we’ll contact you for re-delivery payment.

Faulty Items

We take great care with our products, but if something slips through the cracks, we’re here to make it right. Email us at info@giddyupgirl.com.au, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Important Details

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

We’re incredibly proud of our collection and want you to feel the same when wearing our garments. If something isn’t right, let us know—we’ll make it right!
