Exchanges and Returns

We want you to love your Giddyup purchase! If the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we're happy to help with a refund or exchange on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for all returns & exchanges: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds

Return your item within 30 days with a note including your name, order number and reason. Once received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery charges and return postage are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or style? Return your item within 30 days with a note including your name, order number, the item you're returning, and what you'd like instead.

Australian customers,  please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your replacement. If not included, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery payment.

International customers, please email us at info@giddyupgirl.com.au before returning so we can help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Email us at info@giddyupgirl.com.au with your order number and photos. We'll sort it out promptly and cover return postage where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 24 hours of receiving them. Allow a few extra days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
